Responsibilities
- Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for all accounts payable records.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting.
- Communicate with vendors regarding billing inquiries and payment schedules.
- Perform data entry and general clerical support for the finance department.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
