Responsibilities
- Manage and process a high volume of invoices (AP) efficiently and accurately.
- Review and verify vendor invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Prepare and process payments via ACH, wire transfer, and check.
- Maintain organized vendor files and assist with month-end close processes.
- Respond to vendor inquiries regarding billing and payment status.
- Assist with month-end financial reporting and variance analysis.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-4 years of verifiable experience in Accounts Payable.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite preferred).
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
