Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and organized individual to manage our accounts payable operations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our vendors are paid accurately and on time, maintaining healthy cash flow for the company.
Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy, coding, and approval.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any billing discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare and process payments via ACH, wire transfers, and checks.
- Maintain accurate AP records and supporting documentation in our ERP system.
- Assist with month-end closing processes and financial reporting.
- Respond to vendor inquiries regarding invoice status and payments.
- Review and approve employee expense reports.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or Finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or NetSuite).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
