Responsibilities
- Manage and process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.5% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within 24 hours
- Optimize invoice processing using SAP and QuickBooks platforms
- Collaborate with procurement teams to resolve payment issues proactively
- Implement process improvements for payment cycle efficiency
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
- Lead month-end closing activities for AP sub-ledger
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in mid-size enterprise
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and QuickBooks software
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to financial detail
- Proven ability to process 200+ invoices weekly
- Experience with EDI and electronic payment systems
- Excellent communication skills for vendor negotiations
