Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile high-volume accounts payable transactions using Oracle ERP system
- Implement daily pay processing protocols for vendor payments and employee reimbursements
- Conduct three-way matching for invoices, purchase orders, and receiving reports
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies within SLAs
- Collaborate with Treasury team on cash flow optimization and payment scheduling
- Prepare monthly AP reports for financial analysis and audit compliance
- Maintain accurate documentation for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in high-volume environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and ERP systems
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) designation preferred
- Experience implementing daily pay or alternative payroll systems
- Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
