Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor invoices and resolve discrepancies within 24 hours
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
- Collaborate with procurement teams to resolve payment issues
- Utilize SAP and Oracle ERP systems for invoice processing
- Conduct month-end closing procedures for AP ledger
- Prepare 1099 vendor tax documentation annually
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on accounts payable experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- SAP or Oracle ERP system certification strongly preferred
- Proven ability to process 100+ invoices daily
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication skills for vendor negotiations
- Ability to pass credit check for high-volume financial role
