Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requests within 24-hour turnaround
- Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Execute daily payment processing using our proprietary rapid-disbursement system
- Maintain accurate digital records in QuickBooks and SAP platforms
- Collaborate with procurement team to optimize vendor payment terms
- Conduct month-end closing activities with zero tolerance for errors
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Proven track record with daily payment processing or high-frequency disbursements
- CPA or AP certification preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with 99.9% accuracy rate
- Experience working with remote finance teams in PST timezone
