Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers and GL accounts monthly
- Analyze financial data to optimize payment workflows
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams on invoice processing

Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in finance
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, or similar ERP systems
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and payment processing protocols
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
