Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices and expense reports with 99.5% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies
- Optimize payment cycles to maximize cash flow efficiency
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams on vendor management
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) for data entry and reporting
- Implement process improvements for AP workflows
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal policies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in a corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with daily pay or instant payment platforms preferred
- Remote work capability with reliable high-speed internet
- AP or accounting certification (CAPP, CTP) a plus
- Ability to thrive in autonomous, deadline-driven environments
