Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Analyze financial data and prepare executive dashboards for strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Lead internal audits and implement process improvements for efficiency
- Maintain accurate financial records in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle experience preferred)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA strongly preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks/SAP)
