Responsibilities
- Process and verify high-volume invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies promptly.
- Manage the full accounts payable cycle, including coding, batching, and processing payments.
- Prepare and distribute accurate financial reports to management.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures, including audit support.
- Maintain accurate vendor master files and update address information.
- Communicate effectively with vendors regarding payment status and inquiries.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable or general finance.
- Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, Oracle, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
