As a key member of our finance department, you will ensure the timely and accurate processing of financial transactions, supporting our mission of operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Review, code, and post invoices for accuracy and proper authorization.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies efficiently.
- Prepare and process payments via ACH, wire transfers, and checks.
- Manage vendor relationships and maintain the master vendor file.
- Assist with month-end close procedures and financial reporting.
- Support the AP team with ad-hoc reporting and data analysis.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience in Accounts Payable.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
