Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Optimize invoice verification and three-way matching workflows
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) for payment processing
- Reconcile sub-ledgers and prepare monthly AP reports
- Collaborate with procurement and treasury teams
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for payment cycles
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in corporate finance
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP/Pivot Table expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities
- Experience with high-volume payment processing
- Knowledge of sales tax regulations and compliance
