Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Manage AP software systems and ensure timely payment cycles.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments regarding payment status.
- Assist with month-end close processes and financial reporting.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all financial records.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage high volumes of transactions.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Accounting preferred.
- Experience with Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is a plus.
