- Execute daily payment runs using proprietary real-time payment technology

- Maintain organized digital filing systems for audit compliance
- Analyze aging reports and implement process improvements
- Support month-end closing with journal entries and reconciliations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, or ERP systems
- Expertise in 3-way matching and invoice validation protocols
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
