Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices and expense reports within 24-hour turnaround
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies proactively
- Optimize payment cycles using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Collaborate with procurement and accounting teams on vendor contracts
- Maintain digital filing systems for audit compliance
- Lead month-end closing activities for AP sub-ledger
- Implement process improvements to reduce payment errors
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Certification in AP/AR management (CAPP preferred)
- Proven track record in process automation
