Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices with 99% accuracy within 24-hour turnaround
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate payment terms across 500+ partners
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers with GL ensuring monthly close deadlines
- Implement daily pay workflows using our proprietary fintech platform
- Analyze spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Train AP team on daily pay system adoption and compliance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Expert proficiency in SAP and QuickBooks
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) preferred
- Experience with daily pay or real-time payroll systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in fast-paced fintech environment
- BA/BS in Finance or Accounting required
