Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices with 99.8% accuracy within 24-hour turnaround
- Optimize payment cycles to maximize early payment discounts while maintaining vendor relationships
- Reconcile AP ledger daily using NetSuite and reconcile bank statements weekly
- Lead month-end closing procedures with zero material discrepancies
- Implement process improvements reducing invoice processing time by 15%+ quarterly
- Train 2+ AP specialists annually on new compliance protocols
- Collaborate with procurement on vendor contract terms and payment terms optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with 3+ years AP experience
- Expert proficiency in NetSuite, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Excel (VBA preferred)
- Proven track record of reducing DSO by 20%+ in previous roles
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) designation required
