Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices and expense reports with 99.9% accuracy
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies within 24 hours
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers and GL accounts monthly
- Optimize payment cycles using daily pay platform integration
- Collaborate with procurement and treasury teams on cost-saving initiatives
- Implement internal controls to prevent fraud and ensure compliance
- Train staff on AP automation tools and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in high-volume environments
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros)
- Associate degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- AP certification (e.g., CAPP) or equivalent experience
- Experience with daily pay platforms like DailyPay or Payactiv
