Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies
- Reconcile GL accounts and maintain audit-ready documentation
- Optimize payment workflows using our daily pay platform
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams on process improvements
- Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in a corporate environment
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table expertise
- Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls
- Daily pay platform experience preferred
- CPA or CMA certification a plus
