Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor invoices and resolve discrepancies within SLAs
- Manage electronic payment systems and ACH/Wire transfers
- Coordinate with procurement teams on 3-way matching processes
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for audit compliance
- Analyze aging reports and implement process improvements
- Support month-end closing activities as needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize competing deadlines in high-volume workflows
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance required (Bachelor's preferred)
