Responsibilities
- Process and verify 200+ invoices daily with 99.9% accuracy
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies within 24 hours
- Execute same-day payment processing through our proprietary digital platform
- Reconcile expense reports and maintain AP ledger in NetSuite
- Collaborate with procurement team on payment terms optimization
- Generate monthly AP reports for CFO review
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for payment workflows
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume AP experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and payment processing regulations
- Proven ability to process 150+ invoices daily with minimal errors
- Strong analytical skills for expense reconciliation
- Excel certification or advanced spreadsheet skills
- Experience with daily pay or immediate payout systems preferred
