Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable invoices and ensure timely payment to vendors
- Reconcile purchase orders with invoices and resolve discrepancies
- Manage vendor communications and maintain strong relationships
- Prepare and submit weekly payment reports with accuracy
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) for invoice processing and data entry
- Conduct month-end closing procedures and accrual adjustments
- Collaborate with procurement and accounting teams on payment cycles
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of accounts payable experience in a corporate setting
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Ability to process 50+ invoices daily with 99% accuracy
- Experience with 3-way matching and purchase order verification
- Knowledge of GAAP principles and compliance requirements
