Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices and ensure timely payment to vendors
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Manage employee expense reimbursements with strict compliance
- Optimize AP workflows using SAP and QuickBooks systems
- Conduct month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Collaborate with procurement and treasury departments
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Support annual audits and compliance initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on Accounts Payable experience
- Proficiency in SAP, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy standards
- AP/CPA certification preferred
- Experience with 3-way matching and fraud prevention
