Responsibilities
- Process and verify high-volume invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or billing errors promptly.
- Manage the entire accounts payable cycle, including data entry, payment scheduling, and check runs.
- Maintain accurate vendor records in the ERP system (NetSuite/QuickBooks).
- Assist the Finance Manager with month-end close activities and variance analysis.
- Communicate effectively with vendors regarding payment status and invoice queries.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of proven experience in Accounts Payable or General Accounting.
- Proficiency with accounting software (NetSuite, QuickBooks, or SAP experience is a plus).
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, conditional formatting).
- Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in data entry.
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
