Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices and expense reports with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within 5 business days
- Optimize payment cycles using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Conduct 3-way matching for PO-based transactions
- Collaborate with procurement and treasury teams for payment scheduling
- Prepare month-end closing reports and AP aging analyses
- Implement process improvements to reduce cycle time by 15%
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and ERP systems
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) preferred
- Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Experience with EDI and electronic payment processing
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
