Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile high-volume accounts payable transactions with precision
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate payment terms to optimize cash flow
- Conduct three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receiving reports
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Implement and maintain internal controls for payment processing
- Collaborate with auditors during financial examinations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience in a corporate setting
