Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices and expense reports with exceptional accuracy
- Manage vendor inquiries and resolve payment discrepancies proactively
- Reconcile accounts payable sub-ledgers to general ledger monthly
- Coordinate with purchasing and receiving teams to resolve invoice discrepancies
- Assist in month-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all AP documentation
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 3+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
- Accounts Payable certification (APCP) preferred
