Responsibilities
- Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance
- Manage payment cycles including check runs and ACH transactions
- Reconcile accounts payable sub-ledgers with general ledger
- Resolve payment discrepancies and vendor inquiries
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Collaborate with procurement and accounting teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience required
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or SAP accounting software
- Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of sales tax regulations a plus
