Responsibilities
- Process high-volume AP invoices and expense reports with 99.8% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies within 48 hours
- Optimize workflow using Oracle NetSuite ERP and Concur systems
- Collaborate with procurement team on vendor contract terms and payment terms
- Support month-end closing activities and financial reporting
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for AP efficiency
- Ensure SOX compliance and maintain audit-ready documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience in tech or finance
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite preferred)
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) designation a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail with proven reconciliation skills
- Strong analytical abilities for resolving complex payment discrepancies
- Experience with international payment processing and currency conversions
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
