Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requests
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Manage payment cycles (ACH, checks, credit cards)
- Maintain accurate vendor master data in ERP systems
- Collaborate with procurement and accounting teams
- Ensure compliance with SOX and internal controls
- Generate AP reports for month-end closing
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Strong Excel skills with VLOOKUP/Pivot Table expertise
- AP certification (CAPP/Certified A/P Professional) a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage competing deadlines
