Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices and vendor payments within nightly deadlines
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies with vendors
- Maintain accurate financial records in SAP and QuickBooks
- Collaborate with international teams across time zones
- Ensure compliance with SOX and internal audit requirements
- Support month-end closing procedures
- Train night shift AP assistants on processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in SAP or enterprise accounting systems
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Experience with international payment processing preferred
