- Prepare and execute vendor payments via electronic systems and checks
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for transactions
- Support audits by providing documentation and transaction history
Qualifications
- 2+ years of accounts payable experience in a corporate setting
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, QuickBooks, or Oracle)
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Excellent communication and vendor relationship skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
