Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requests within SLAs
- Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies with 3-way matching
- Manage vendor master data and maintain accurate payment records
- Optimize payment cycles using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Collaborate with procurement and treasury teams for payment efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in mid-size organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks/SAP)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Excellent communication skills for vendor interactions
- AP certification (APMP or CAPP) preferred
