Responsibilities
- Process and prioritize high-volume accounts payable transactions
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX regulations
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment inquiries
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) for invoice processing
- Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting
- Optimize payment processes for efficiency and cost savings
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and AP procedures
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environment
- Experience with 1099 processing preferred
