Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices and expense reports with 99% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate payment terms
- Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting
- Implement process improvements using AP automation tools
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal policies
- Collaborate with procurement and treasury departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of high-volume AP experience in corporate environment
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Certification in AP or accounting (e.g., CAPP) highly desirable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with AP automation tools (e.g., Coupa, Tipalti)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
