Key Responsibilities:
Our ideal candidate will be proactive and efficient. You will manage the full cycle of accounts payable, ensuring that all transactions are recorded accurately and vendors are paid on time.
Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any billing discrepancies.
- Communicate effectively with vendors regarding payment status and inquiries.
- Manage the A/P general ledger and assist with month-end close procedures.
- Ensure timely payment of invoices according to agreed-upon terms.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and audit support.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in Accounts Payable or Finance.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
