Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices and expense reports with 99.9% accuracy
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies within SLAs
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers with general ledger monthly
- Optimize payment cycles using NetSuite ERP system
- Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting
- Implement process improvements for efficiency gains
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal policies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume AP experience in tech/finance
- Expertise in NetSuite or similar ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and SOX compliance
- Proven problem-solving with analytical mindset
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- AP certification (CAPP or similar) preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required
