What You'll Do:
- Review and verify invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance before processing payments.
- Enter and reconcile vendor accounts and accounts payable transactions into our accounting software.
- Maintain organized digital and physical files of all financial documents and receipts.
- Communicate effectively with vendors to resolve billing discrepancies and answer inquiries.
- Assist the accounting department with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting.
- Perform routine data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
