Responsibilities
- Process and verify a high volume of vendor invoices for accuracy and completeness before posting.
- Reconcile accounts payable accounts and prepare monthly statements.
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate reporting.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all financial records.
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) to track expenses and payments.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable role.
- Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, Oracle, or SAP preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines.
- Associate degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
