Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy, coding, and authorization.
- Enter and maintain vendor data and invoice records in our accounting software.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or billing errors.
- Prepare weekly and monthly payment runs via ACH and checks.
- Assist in month-end close activities and financial reporting support.
- Organize and file physical and electronic documentation.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors in data entry.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities.
- No prior experience required; we value potential and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
