Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable/receivable with 99.9% accuracy
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 50+ employees using ADP
- Prepare monthly financial statements and budget variance reports
- Maintain general ledger and ensure GAAP compliance
- Handle sales tax filings and quarterly 1099 distributions
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Support audits by providing organized financial documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop Online
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Proven track record of payroll processing
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong understanding of Ohio tax regulations
- QuickBooks certification preferred
- Ability to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines
