Responsibilities
- Review, verify, and code incoming invoices for accuracy and authorization.
- Process and post accounts payable transactions into the financial system.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions and documentation.
- Assist with month-end closing processes and financial reporting.
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments to answer billing inquiries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- No prior experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors in data.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is preferred).
- Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
