Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile vendor statements and investigate and resolve any billing discrepancies.
- Enter and update financial data into the company accounting software (QuickBooks/NetSuite).
- Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment issues.
- Maintain organized, up-to-date digital and physical files for all accounts payable records.
- Prepare weekly or monthly reports as required by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus but not required.
- No prior accounting experience required; we provide full training.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
