Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.5% accuracy
- Manage vendor invoices, purchase orders, and payment reconciliations
- Utilize NetSuite ERP for invoice coding and workflow management
- Resolve payment discrepancies and vendor inquiries within 24 hours
- Prepare month-end closing reports and aging analysis
- Coordinate with procurement team on 3-way matching processes
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in NetSuite, SAP, or similar accounting software
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
- Strong attention to detail with proven reconciliation abilities
- Ability to process 100+ invoices daily under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills for vendor collaboration
