Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within 48 hours
- Optimize invoice workflow using NetSuite ERP system
- Coordinate with procurement team to resolve payment disputes
- Prepare weekly payment runs and ACH transfers
- Maintain organized digital filing system for all vendor documentation
- Support month-end closing processes and financial reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in mid-sized companies
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- NetSuite or comparable ERP system certification preferred
- Deep understanding of GAAP and internal controls
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks in high-volume environments
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
