The Role:
We are looking for a reliable individual to manage the lifecycle of our accounts payable process, ensuring accuracy and timely payments to our vendors.
Responsibilities
- Process and verify incoming invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
- Enter invoice data into the ERP system (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) with high precision.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all financial records and receipts.
- Reconcile vendor statements and investigate and resolve any billing discrepancies or errors.
- Prepare and issue payments via wire transfer, ACH, or check in accordance with payment schedules.
- Communicate proactively with vendors to resolve billing inquiries and ensure timely payment cycles.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in an administrative or accounting role is a plus but not required.
