Responsibilities
- Review and verify the accuracy of invoices, receipts, and expense reports before processing payments.
- Process weekly and monthly payments to vendors via ACH, wire transfer, or check.
- Reconcile accounts payable accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for financial records.
- Assist with month-end close procedures and financial reporting tasks.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and external vendors regarding billing inquiries.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred).
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in an administrative or finance role is a plus but not required.
