Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions during training phase
- Assist with payroll processing and tax documentation preparation
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain general ledger accuracy
- Learn and utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel for financial data management
- Support month-end closing procedures under supervision
- Generate standard financial reports and invoices
- Adhere to GAAP standards and company accounting policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate's degree preferred)
- No prior accounting experience required
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Valid Florida driver's license (if local travel required)
- Pass background check and drug screening
