Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions with high precision.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial ledgers and records.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts on a monthly basis.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.
- Prepare and issue invoices to clients while tracking payments received.
- Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal departments.
- Assist with the month-end close process and audit preparations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles.
